Private by design

A guest list is personal data. It never leaves this page: no upload step, no login, no server. Close the tab and nothing remains.

Honest limits

These are generic cut-paper grids, not verified Avery sheet templates. For pre-cut Avery sheets use the official Avery template instead. Print at 100% actual size and test one sheet first. Long names shrink, wrap to two lines, or are shortened with a visible note, never clipped silently. Built-in fonts support basic Latin and many Western European accents. Free: 5 PDFs a day, up to 500 badges each.

Offline pack

No daily limit. Works offline.

  • The free page makes 5 badge PDFs a day. The pack removes that limit for good.
  • One folder you keep. Open index.html in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. No install, no account, no internet needed.
  • Same private tool: your attendee list never leaves your computer.
  • One-time price, no subscription.

Straight answers

Is anything uploaded?

No. The badges are made inside your browser tab. Attendee names, roles and companies are never sent anywhere.

Will the badges line up with my Avery sheets?

The generic grids match common badge dimensions, but their registration against pre-cut Avery sheets is not verified. Use Avery's official template for pre-cut sheets. For plain paper, print at 100% actual size and cut along the optional guides.

What list format does it understand?

One attendee per line, up to four comma- or tab-separated parts: Name, Role, Company, Category. Only the name is required. A header row (Name, Role, Company, Category) is detected and skipped. Download the CSV template if you want a starting point.

Can I color-code speakers, VIPs and staff?

Yes. Add a Category column and tick color-code by category. Common categories (Speaker, VIP, Staff, Sponsor, Exhibitor, Press) get sensible defaults; others are assigned distinct colors in order.

What paper sizes are supported?

US Letter for the preset grids; A4 and US Letter for custom badge sizes.

Can it print names in any language?

The built-in PDF fonts cover Latin alphabets (including accented characters like é, ü, ñ). Names in other scripts (Hebrew, Arabic, CJK and others) cannot be printed - the tool names the affected rows and stops rather than dropping characters silently. Hebrew, Arabic, CJK, and some extended Latin characters are unsupported.

What does the free version limit?

5 PDFs a day, up to 500 badges per PDF. The offline pack removes the daily limit.
