How to make a quote or estimate PDF with a valid-until date

Quote or invoice

A quote tells a client what you will charge before the work. An invoice asks for payment after. The Invoice and Quote Generator has a document type switch, so the same lines can become either.

Steps

Choose Quote, fill in your details, the client and the line items. The PDF shows "Valid until" instead of a due date. Add terms in the notes box, for example what is included and how long the price holds.

Turning it into an invoice

Change the type to Invoice, set a new number, and download again. Your lines stay as they are.

Other languages

Labels are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Hebrew. Names and descriptions can use Latin, Greek, Cyrillic and Hebrew characters.

Your data stays with you

The PDF is made on your device. Client names and prices are not sent anywhere.
