Sent and paid are statuses you set

The app does not email invoices or collect payment. Deliver the printed invoice through your own channel. Mark sent after sending and paid after confirming receipt. Outstanding and overdue views depend on the dates and statuses you enter.

Copy a payment reminder, then review it

The payment reminder includes client, invoice number, amount and due date. Copy it, check the details and paste it into your usual message or email. The app does not send a reminder automatically.

Check totals and local invoice requirements

Invoice totals come from the hours, rates, rounding and tax setting you enter. Review them before delivery. The tool does not decide tax rates or provide accounting or legal advice. Check what an invoice must contain where you work.

Keep your billing record backed up

Records are saved in this browser. Download backups from Settings regularly. There is no automatic device sync, and clearing browser storage can erase records. The demo holds 3 clients, 200 time entries and 10 invoices. The full version removes those limits for $39 USD, one payment, including a year of updates. The interface offers 41 languages.
