For small teams

Turn staff shifts into a weekly timesheet.

When hours live in paper notes and separate messages, the week ends with a calculation job. Staff Time Clock and Timesheets keeps clock-in times, breaks and hourly rates in one browser record.

Try the staff time clock

Full version: $39 USD, one payment. Limited demo available.

Set up a week you can check

  1. Add employees and rates. Enter each person’s hourly rate before using the pay report.
  2. Record the shift. Use clock in and clock out, or enter a shift manually. Add break minutes so they are deducted from worked time.
  3. Review the settings. Choose the week start, rounding interval, weekly overtime threshold and overtime rate. These are your settings, not a promise of legal compliance.
  4. Export whole weeks. Review each employee’s regular hours, overtime hours and calculated pay, then export the CSV for your records or accountant.

Why the date range matters

Overtime is calculated per calendar week using shifts that start within the selected report range. Choose complete weeks when reviewing weekly overtime. A partial week can leave out hours you meant to include. Check open shifts and corrections before relying on totals.

A time record, not a payroll service

The app calculates hours and pay from the times, breaks, rates and settings you enter. It does not file taxes, transfer wages or decide which employment rules apply. Review the figures and local requirements before paying staff. CSV export includes employee totals and individual shift rows.

Keep control of the browser record

Records are saved in this browser, not automatically shared with every employee or synced across devices. Download a backup from Settings regularly. Restore from a file when moving records. Clearing browser data can erase the working copy, so do not treat the browser as your only backup.

Try with a small team first

The demo holds 3 employees and 200 shifts. The full version removes those limits for $39 USD, one payment, with updates included for a year. The app has 41 interface languages. Start with a sample week and check the exported totals against your own calculation.
