A calendar shows the next appointment. A tutor also needs to know which lessons happened, which were cancelled and which have been paid. Lesson Book keeps those records together in your browser.

A weekly routine you can follow

Add a student. Record their lesson price, contact and any notes you need.
Plan the lessons. Choose a date, time and length. Repeat the lesson weekly for up to 52 lessons. An overlap warning helps you spot a clash before saving.
Mark what happened. Keep planned, done, cancelled and no-show lessons separate. Choose in Settings whether no-shows should be charged.
Record the payment. Enter the amount received and its method. The student balance compares recorded payments with charges.

Payment tracking, not payment collection

Lesson Book records payments you enter. It does not charge a card or collect money from a student. Print an internal receipt, review a student statement or export receipt records as CSV. These receipts are not tax-certified documents; check your local requirements.

Reminders you send yourself

Copy a reminder with the student name, lesson time and place, then paste it into your usual messaging app. There is no automatic text sending and no student-facing booking page. You stay in charge of what is sent and to whom.

Keep a backup, not just a browser tab

Lesson records are saved in this browser. They do not automatically sync to another device. Download a backup from Settings regularly and keep it somewhere safe. Clearing browser storage can erase your records. The licence is checked online.

FAQ

Can students book their own lessons?

No. Lesson Book is a record you manage, not a public booking system.

Does it send reminders automatically?

No. Copy the reminder and send it yourself through your usual channel.

Can I use it on another computer?

You can move records with a backup file. There is no automatic device sync.

Is the full version a one-time purchase?

No. Lesson Book costs $15 USD per month. The demo is limited to 3 students and 40 receipts.
