For small shops and market stalls

Record the sale. Keep the stock count with it.

A small shop needs to know what sold, what remains and what needs ordering. Shop Stock and Sales Register connects product quantities with recorded sales, so the stock record does not have to be a second notebook.

Full version: $39 USD, one payment. Limited demo available.

A practical selling routine

  1. Add your products. Enter a name, code or barcode, selling price, cost and stock quantity. Set a low-stock threshold for items you want to watch.
  2. Build the sale. Find a product by name or code and add it to the cart. Record cash or card as the payment method.
  3. Keep the receipt. Print an internal receipt and review the day’s recorded sales. Voiding a sale returns its items to stock.
  4. Check what to order. Review low-stock products, suppliers and purchase orders. Receiving an order updates stock and cost prices.

Barcode entry with a fallback

Use a USB barcode scanner or type a product code. Camera scanning depends on browser support; if the camera scanner is unavailable, use a scanner or manual entry instead. This is product identification, not a promise that every phone or barcode format will work.

Stock counts and sales totals

Set stock to a counted quantity and keep a reason in the stock history. Review daily takings and monthly summaries, then export a month as CSV. Cost, profit and margin figures depend on the prices and records you enter; check them against your own books.

Recording a card sale does not process a payment

The cash/card choice records how a sale was paid. The app does not charge a card or replace your payment terminal. Its receipts are simple internal records, not tax-certified documents. Check local receipt and tax rules before using them with customers.

Move files deliberately, not through live sync

Shop records stay in this browser. Download regular backups. To move records to another device, save an encrypted file, transfer it yourself and open it with the same password. Importing replaces the destination device’s data. It is not automatic multi-till sync, so keep one agreed working copy.

Try a small product range first

The demo holds 20 products and 100 sales. The full version removes those limits for $39 USD in one payment, with updates for a year. The app offers 41 interface languages. Test a few sales, a return through voiding and a stock count before moving your working records.

Will a camera barcode scanner work on any phone?

No. It depends on browser support. USB scanning and typed codes are alternatives.

Can two tills share stock automatically?

No. There is no automatic multi-device sync. File import replaces the destination records.

Is there a monthly fee?

The full version is $39 USD in one payment, including a year of updates. The demo is limited to 20 products and 100 sales.
