Build the offer line by line

Choose the client. Add their contact details and the business details you want printed on the quote.
Describe the work. Add an item or service, quantity and unit price on each line. Review the calculated subtotal and optional tax line.
Set the dates. Choose an issue date and valid-until date. Use your own quote-number prefix.
Print and follow up. Print the quote and send it through your usual channel. Mark it sent, accepted or declined as the conversation progresses.

A status is your record, not a client signature

The app stores the status you choose. Marking a quote accepted does not collect a customer signature or prove that they approved it. Keep the actual acceptance message or signed agreement separately. The app does not automatically email the quote.

Reuse the structure, review the details

Duplicate a quote when the next job has similar lines. Review the client, prices, dates and scope before sending the new version. The waiting-for-an-answer view helps you see which recorded offers still need a response.

A quote is not an invoice

The totals come from your quantities, prices and tax setting. A quote is an offer, not an invoice or proof of payment. Check the terms and details required where you work. The tool does not decide tax rates or provide legal advice.

Keep a copy outside the browser

Your records stay in this browser. Download a backup from Settings regularly and restore from a file when moving records. There is no automatic device sync. The demo holds 3 clients and 15 quotes; the full version removes those limits for $39 USD, one payment, including a year of updates. The interface offers 41 languages.
