Track lesson payments without a monthly subscription.

A weekly record, then a payment check

1. Add the student. Save their lesson price and parent or contact details.
2. Plan the lessons. Set date, time and duration. Weekly repeats support 1 to 52 lessons. Review overlap warnings before saving.
3. Mark the outcome. Separate planned, done, cancelled and no-show lessons. Choose whether no-shows are charged in Settings.
4. Record the payment. Enter received amounts and methods, then check the student balance and statement.

Read the balance alongside the lesson record

The balance compares recorded charges and payments. It is only as complete as your entries. Check whether each lesson happened and whether a payment really arrived before changing the record. The monthly summary includes lessons given, hours and the total owed to you.

Receipts are records, not money collection

The app does not charge cards or collect fees from students. Print internal receipts and student statements, or export receipts as CSV. These are not tax documents. Check the rules where you work.

One-time pack or subscription?

This guide covers Private Tutor Lesson Tracker: $29 USD, one payment, with a year of updates. The pack works offline and removes the demo limits of 3 students and 40 receipts. The interface offers 41 languages. Lesson Book is a different $15/month product. Compare the current product pages instead of assuming they have the same features or licence.

An offline pack still needs backups

Records stay in the browser you use. Download backups from Settings regularly and keep a safe copy. Restore from a file when moving records. There is no automatic device sync. Clearing browser data can erase lessons and payments.
