Set up plans before adding members

1. Define the plan. Set its price, valid days and visit allowance. Use zero visits for an unlimited allowance.
2. Add the member. Save their name and contact details, then record the membership sale.
3. Check in. Find the member and review expiry, frozen status and remaining visits before check-in. Undo an entry if it was a mistake.
4. Renew and review. Record renewals, refunds or a freeze as needed. Review expiring and expired memberships instead of relying on memory.

Check-ins are records, not door access control

The app records check-ins you enter. It warns about expired or frozen memberships and exhausted visit allowances. It is not a door controller, turnstile integration or member self-service booking system.

Keep membership payments separate from payment processing

Record cash or card as the method when entering a sale or refund. The app does not charge a card. Print an internal receipt and review sales, refunds and net amounts in Cash-up. Export receipt records as CSV. Receipts are not tax invoices; check your local requirements.

Protect the front-desk record

The records stay in this browser. Download a backup from Settings regularly and keep it somewhere safe. Restoring a file can move your records, but it is not automatic device sync. Clearing browser data can erase your records.
