The pack is one folder. Open index.html in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari and the full tool works: receipts, ledger, inventory checklist and deposit letters.

No daily limit

The free page makes 5 documents a day. The pack has no counter, which matters at month-end and around move-ins.

Private by design

Nothing leaves the folder. Tenant names, amounts and addresses stay on your computer because there is no connection for them to travel on.

One-time price

No subscription and no account. Property software charges monthly for the same few documents; this is a folder you own. The pack is in preparation and will be a one-time $19 when it goes on sale.
