Build a day that fits the staff

1. Set up services. Add each service with its price and duration, then add the staff who take appointments.
2. Book the client. Choose staff, time and services. The app checks for an existing appointment for that staff member at the same time.
3. Record the outcome. Keep booked, paid, cancelled and no-show appointments separate.
4. Close the day. Record amounts received and tips, print internal receipts and review cash and card totals in Cash-up.

Copy reminders, then send them yourself

Copy a reminder for one appointment or copy tomorrow's reminders together. Review the text and send it using your usual messaging app. The diary does not send automatic texts. Rebook next week helps prepare a repeat visit, but check the staff and time before saving.

A diary you manage, not a public booking page

Staff add appointments in the app. Clients do not receive a self-service booking page from this diary. Keep confirmations in your usual client conversation and record cancellations or no-shows when they happen.

Payment records are not payment processing

Cash and card are methods you record, not ways the app collects money. Receipts are simple internal records, not tax invoices. Review local receipt requirements. Client history shows recorded visits and spending; receipt CSV exports support your own review.

Back up the day book

Records stay in this browser and do not automatically sync to another device. Download backups from Settings regularly. Clearing browser data can erase your records. The demo holds up to 2 staff and 40 receipts. The full version removes those limits for $39 USD, one payment, with a year of updates and 41 interface languages.
