Turn a WooPayments Fees report into monthly fees by type and method.
Drop in the Fees report CSV from Payments, Reports. See each month's gross amount, fees total and fees as a share of gross, split by Type and payment method, plus fees by Payout ID. The pack gives you a fees journal CSV. Nothing is uploaded.
Tested only on made-up files, never on a real WooPayments export. Column names come from the WooCommerce documentation of the Fees report, so the tool stops with a message if a needed one is missing. The Fees report lists fee events only, so this is a fee summary, not a payout check. The documentation does not say how fees are signed or how dates are written, so you choose both below.
Set these to match your files before you drop them. Nothing is guessed. Limits: 20 files, 40 MB each, 200 MB in total, 60,000 rows per file and 300,000 in total.

Questions
Which file do I use?
In WooCommerce, go to Payments, Reports, Fees and click Export. If you do not see Reports, WooCommerce documents that they may need to be switched on first. Add the Payout ID column in the table settings before exporting if you want fees by payout. Dates in these reports are UTC.
Why are there settings?
Number and date styles and the sign of fees are not documented, so you tell the tool: currency, number format, date format, whether costs are positive or negative, how empty amounts are shown and how many lines come before the header. Nothing is guessed.
Does it check my payouts?
No. The Fees report lists fee events, not every balance movement, so its totals are not payout amounts. Use it to see what fees cost each month.
Is the journal entry accounting advice?
No. It is a starting point built from the month's fees total and the accounts you type. Your accountant decides how fees are booked. The tool makes no tax or accounting claims.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The file is read on your device.
