Bank statements into clean books.
Convert text-based bank statement PDFs and CSV files to CSV, QBO, OFX or QIF in your browser. Check every row before using the export. Files stay on your device.
Free export includes the first 100 transactions per file. Amounts and totals must be within 1 trillion in the statement currency. Larger files can be previewed, but rows after 100 are not included in the download. No paid upgrade is offered on this page.
Wrong money direction on one row? Use its Make money in / Make money out button. This changes only that row, not its balance. Compare with the original statement. Changing column choices, date order, statement type, signs or year rebuilds the rows and resets manual corrections.

Three steps, no account
A PDF downloaded from your bank or a CSV export. Columns, dates and number formats are detected.
Fix a description, delete a row, flip signs. The balance check can reveal mismatches when balance data is available.
Pick the format for your accounting tool. Stable IDs help compatible importers detect repeats. Check for duplicates in your accounting tool.
Private by design
Statements hold account numbers and every payment you make. This page reads the file inside your browser and has no upload step, no login and no server that sees the data. Close the tab and it is gone.
What it checks for you
Running-balance reconciliation, repeated rows, day-first or month-first dates, comma decimals, brackets and trailing minus signs, and credit card sign conventions. Anything unsure is shown before you download.
Straight answers
Does my statement get uploaded?
No. Parsing and export happen in your browser. There is no server component.
Which PDFs work?
Text-based PDFs downloaded from your bank or card issuer. Scanned images and photos have no text to read. Scanned statement? Read it on the OCR page, download the table as CSV, then open that CSV here. Tested with synthetic statements only; real noisy scans are less reliable. OCR can misread numbers, dates or columns. Check every row against the original. Layouts vary by bank, so always check the preview and the balance check.
Will QuickBooks accept the QBO file?
QBO and OFX files follow the standard bank-statement format and carry stable transaction IDs. QuickBooks Desktop can import a .qbo and may ask you to pick the account. QuickBooks Online takes CSV through its bank upload, so use the QuickBooks CSV formats there. Always import to a test company or review the results before you accept them.
Is this tax or accounting advice?
No. It converts file formats. You are responsible for checking the figures before you use them.
Which banks are supported?
It does not use bank-specific templates. It reads columns, dates and amounts from the file itself. Synthetic fixtures include Hebrew headers and right-to-left layouts; real Hebrew bank PDFs are untested. Reversed text layers or unusual RTL ordering may fail. Credit-card detection is a guess: review the statement type, signs, dates and every row. Unusual layouts may need column choices.
