Is it really free to download?
Yes. The free version has no sign-up, no trial, no watermark and no page limit. It allows up to 6 jobs and 4 education entries and the three templates.
Is my data saved?
Only if you press Save version. Saved versions stay in this browser on this computer, up to 10, and nothing is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes them. For a copy you control, use Save resume file.
Will the PDF work with application systems?
The PDF holds real text, not a picture of text, in a plain one-column or two-column layout. We cannot say how any particular employer system reads it, so check the PDF by selecting and copying its text.
Which characters can I use?
Letters used in Western European languages, digits and common punctuation, the euro sign and common typographic dashes and quotes. If you type anything the PDF font cannot write, the tool tells you which character and stops. It never swaps characters for you.
Are the translations checked?
Only the section headings are translated, and the translation was done by an AI and not reviewed by a native speaker. Everything you type stays as you wrote it.
How do I add a bullet list?
Write one achievement per line in the bullets box of each job. Each line becomes a bullet.
