A PDF should be easy to read, copy and send.
This builder uses your browser to create PDFs from real text, and can also export editable Word files. It does not turn your resume into an image.
Match the paper size
Choose A4 or US Letter in the builder, then choose the same size in your browser’s print dialog. Remove browser headers and footers. Set margins to None and scale to 100% to match the paginated preview.
Read every page
Make sure headings are not stranded, dates are correct and all text is present. Shorten long bullets if page breaks are awkward. We do not guarantee a one-page result.
Follow the employer’s instructions
Some employers ask for DOCX instead of PDF. This builder exports PDF, editable DOCX and text. No layout can guarantee ATS compatibility or an interview. Copy text from the saved PDF to check reading order.
