Paste the ad and your resume into the matcher. Note the advertised title and the top missing terms. This is your editing list.
Minutes two to seven: edit what is true
Mirror the job title in your headline if it fits. Add missing terms where your experience genuinely covers them. Move the most relevant bullets to the top of each role.
Final minutes: fix the format
Run the format checks. Confirm your email, phone, dates, headings and bullets. Save the file type the employer asked for and name it sensibly.
