Turn Gumroad payout CSVs into monthly totals by type, fees and net.
Drop in the payout CSVs you download from Gumroad. See each month by transaction type (sales, refunds, chargebacks, credits and more): taxes, shipping, sale price, Gumroad fees and net total. The pack adds a clean transactions CSV and a month totals CSV. Nothing is uploaded.
Tested only on made-up files, never on a real Gumroad export. Column names come from the public Gumroad source for the payout CSV exporter (Type, Date, Purchase ID, Item Name, Buyer Name, Buyer Email, Taxes, Shipping, Sale Price, Gumroad Fees, Net Total, with or without a ($) after the amounts). Gumroad help does not document the payout CSV formula. Public source shows ISO dates and signed amounts, and the file has no currency column, so you set the currency and amounts are summed exactly as written. Buyer Name and Buyer Email are never read into the output. This is not tax advice.
Set these to match your files before you drop them. Nothing is guessed. Limits: 20 files, 40 MB each, 200 MB in total, 60,000 rows per file and 300,000 in total.
What it does
Checks the payout CSV columns, the dates and every amount. A bad row stops the file with its row number. The Totals and Subtotal rows Gumroad adds are not counted as transactions; each Totals row is compared with the sum of its file.
Rows, taxes, shipping, sale price, Gumroad fees and net total for every month, split by the Type Gumroad wrote on each row.
The pack adds a transactions CSV and a month totals CSV you can open in any spreadsheet.

Questions
Which file do I use?
On Gumroad, open the Payouts page, click the download button next to a paid payout (or the top-right button for several) and the CSV is emailed to you. Drop one or many.
Why are there settings?
Number and date styles are not documented, so you tell the tool. Nothing is guessed.
Why is there no payout check?
Gumroad help does not document a formula for the payout CSV. Public source shows signed amounts, but real exports are unverified here, so the tool adds each column as written and does not decide whether a Type is income or a cost.
Why do I set the currency?
The payout CSV has no currency column, so you tell the tool. Nothing is guessed.
