Drop in the earnings report CSV from Google Play Console. See each month by Transaction Type (charges, Google fees, tax, refunds) and by product: Amount (Merchant Currency) added up exactly as written. The pack adds a rows CSV and a month totals CSV. Nothing is uploaded.
Tested only on made-up files, never on a real Google Play report. Google publishes the column list but no sample file. Column names and the Transaction Date layout (Nov 30, 2016) come from Google's Play Console help. Nothing is checked against your payout and amounts are summed as written. Buyer state, postcode and device model are never read. This is not tax advice.
Set these to match your files before you drop them. Nothing is guessed. Limits: 20 files, 40 MB each, 200 MB in total, 60,000 rows per file and 300,000 in total.

Questions
Which file do I use?
The earnings report from Play Console, Download reports, Financial. Google creates one file per month and delivers it as a zip. Unzip it and drop the CSV. Estimated sales and the other reports are not read.
Which dates does it accept?
Transaction Date as Google documents it, like Nov 30, 2016, or as 2016-11-30. Google bases it on Pacific Time and says a transaction can be recorded in the following month, so the month shown is the month written in the file. Other layouts stop with the row number.
Why two currencies?
Each row has an amount in the buyer's currency and an amount in your merchant currency. The tool totals only Amount (Merchant Currency) and never adds different currencies together. The buyer amount and conversion rate appear in the pack's rows CSV as written.
Why no checks?
The tool adds each column as written and does not compare anything with your payout, so Google's own adjustments or later files are not assumed.
What counts as a repeat?
The same order (Description), Transaction Type, Tax Type, date, time, product, buyer amount and merchant amount. Rows with no order are not tested. Repeats are counted, not removed, and the downloads wait until you tick the box.
