The unreconciled-inventory review, without the spreadsheet.
Amazon loses and damages seller inventory every day, and its own ledger marks what it has not reconciled. Load two reports from your Seller Central and the finder lists supported unreconciled loss, shows the reimbursements that might already cover it, and drafts the case text to send back. Everything runs in your browser, so your sales data never leaves your computer.
1. Your reports
In Seller Central: Reports > Fulfillment > Inventory Ledger (download the detail view, CSV) and Reports > Payments > Reimbursements. Both files stay on this device.
2. Unreconciled inventory to review
| Product | Issue | Units | Est. value | Case text |

Leads to verify, not findings of fact. Units come straight from Amazon's unreconciled column. This tool has no verified event-level link between the ledger and a reimbursement, so possibly related payments are listed for you to check - nothing is matched or subtracted automatically. Verify each case in Seller Central before opening it.
Three steps, no account
Inventory Ledger (detail view) and Reimbursements, straight from Seller Central. Amazon documents both formats.
Every unreconciled loss event, grouped per product and issue, with possibly related reimbursements listed alongside for you to check.
Copy the drafted case text into Seller Central support. You decide what to send.
Private by design
Your catalog, sales and loss data never leave this page. There is no upload step, no login and no server that sees your reports. Close the tab and nothing remains.
Honest limits
The finder reads Amazon's own reconciled/unreconciled columns, but it cannot see inside Amazon's systems, and Amazon documents no reliable link between the two reports - so nothing is auto-matched. Treat every case as a lead to verify, not money owed. Recovery services typically take 10-25% commission; this tool does the finding, you keep all of it. Free: 3 reviews a day.
No daily limit. Works offline.

Straight answers
Is anything uploaded?
No. The reports are read by your browser on your device. There is no account, no server processing and no analytics on the numbers.
Which exact reports does it need?
From Seller Central: Reports > Fulfillment > Inventory Ledger, downloaded as the detail view (it has the Reconciled and Unreconciled Quantity columns), and Reports > Payments > Reimbursements. CSV or tab-delimited both work.
How does it decide what to list?
It does not decide - Amazon's ledger does. Loss events (Amazon's own reason codes: M/5 misplaced, 6/7/E/H/K/U damaged, D disposed, plus short receipts) that still carry an unreconciled quantity are grouped per product and issue. Your Reimbursements report is then searched for the same product, and those payments are listed as possibly related, with dates and amounts, for you to judge. Amazon documents no field that joins the two reports, so the tool never matches or subtracts automatically.
Are the value estimates what Amazon will pay?
No. Estimates use your own past reimbursement amounts per unit (or a cost you enter). Amazon decides actual amounts case by case.
Does it open cases for me?
No. It drafts the case text; you review and paste it into Seller Central support. Nothing is sent anywhere automatically.
What does the free version limit?
3 reviews a day. There is no limit on report size. The offline pack removes the daily limit.
