Make XRechnung and Peppol invoice XML free, one or a whole batch.
Fill in one invoice, or upload a CSV and get one XML file per invoice in a ZIP. The amounts are worked out in whole cents, and common rule mistakes are caught before you download. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
This tool builds the XML and checks common rules. It cannot check everything a receiving system checks, and it gives no tax or legal advice. Run your file through your receiver's validator, or ask them, before you rely on it.

Questions
Which formats are made?
UBL invoices (document type 380) for XRechnung 3.0 and for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0. Credit notes, allowances and charges, prepayments and the CII format are not supported.
What is checked?
Required fields, country, currency and address-type codes, the IBAN check digits, dates, the VAT rules for each category (standard, zero, exempt, reverse charge, intra-community, export), and that the totals add up. The receiving system may check more.
Are there country rules beyond these?
Yes. Peppol adds national rules for sellers in some countries, for example the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Iceland and Greece. This tool applies the German contact and payment rules and the Dutch payment rule only. For other countries, check with your receiver or an official validator.
What do the VAT categories mean?
S is standard-rated and needs a rate above 0. Z is zero-rated. E is exempt. AE is reverse charge, K is intra-community supply and G is export outside the EU. Everything except S has a rate of 0 and needs the exemption reason.
How is VAT worked out?
Each line is quantity times unit price, rounded to cents. Lines are grouped by category and rate, and the VAT for each group is its total times the rate, rounded to cents.
What does the CSV need?
A header row with exactly the names in the template. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. Decimals use a point or a comma, with no thousands separators. Unknown column names are refused, and nothing is guessed.
Is my data saved?
Only the seller details, and only when you press the save button. They stay in this browser. Nothing is uploaded.
