Turn any CSV into a DATEV Buchungsstapel with the checks done before you import.
Upload a bank, invoice or cash book CSV, pick which column is the date, amount and text, and set the Konto and Gegenkonto. You get an EXTF file in Windows-1252 with comma amounts, TTMM dates and the full column row, checked against the field rules DATEV publishes (not tested inside DATEV itself). Nothing you upload is sent anywhere.
This tool writes an EXTF 700 Buchungsstapel (format version 13) with the booking fields below. It checks the rules DATEV publishes for each field. It does not check your chart of accounts, and it does not choose tax keys for you. It gives no tax or accounting advice. Ask your Steuerberater if you are unsure which accounts or BU-Schlüssel to use.

What it covers
- EXTF header (version 700, category 21, format version 13) and the full 125-column title row, with the booking fields Umsatz, S/H, Konto, Gegenkonto, BU-Schlüssel, Belegdatum, Belegfeld 1 and Buchungstext filled in.
- Windows-1252 bytes with CR/LF line ends, quoted text with doubled quotes, comma amounts always with two decimals.
- Checks: Berater and Mandant range, period inside the Wirtschaftsjahr, dates inside the period, positive non-zero amounts, account length, Belegfeld 1 characters, 60 character text. Characters that do not fit are refused, never changed.
- Not covered: foreign currency, Skonto, cost centres, OPOS fields, Beleglink, tax rate fields.
