Xargaar ToolsBarcode labels from a spreadsheet at a size the barcode standard allows.
Upload a CSV of product codes, enter the measurements of your label sheet, and get a print-ready PDF of EAN-13, UPC-A, EAN-8 or Code 128 labels. Check digits are verified, copies and a starting label are supported, and a barcode is never shrunk below the standard minimum. Nothing you upload is sent anywhere.
This tool draws the bars from the published encoding tables and sizes EAN and UPC symbols within the GS1 range of 80% to 200% of the standard size. It does not grade print quality, has not been checked with a barcode verifier or on any particular printer, and cannot tell whether a code number belongs to you. Print one sheet on plain paper and scan a label before you print the full run.

What it covers
- EAN-13, UPC-A, EAN-8 and Code 128 (character set B, up to 40 printable ASCII characters), drawn as vector bars with the digits printed below.
- Check digits are verified, or added when your CSV has none. A code with the wrong length or a wrong check digit is refused, so a spreadsheet that dropped leading zeros is caught.
- EAN and UPC symbols keep the standard quiet zones and height, and are sized between 80% and 200% of the standard size. If the label is too small for 80%, nothing is made and the message says what the label would need.
- Optional line of text above and below, copies per code, a starting label for partly used sheets, and label outlines for a test print. Text that does not fit is refused, never cut off.
- Not covered: GS1-128 with application identifiers, ITF-14, QR codes, print quality grading.
